Johor property developer KSL Holdings Bhd (KSL) has unveiled its flagship 415-hectare township Riveria Garden in Iskandar Puteri within the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ).

The project carries an estimated gross development value of more than RM 15 billion, marking KSL's largest township development to date and a significant milestone for the company.

The master plan expands KSL's development footprint and is expected to underpin its growth trajectory over the next 15-20 years.

The development will debut with a 40.47 hectare inaugural precinct, Phase 1, slated for launch in 2026.

The first phase has an estimated GDV of RM 2.03 billion and is timed to tap into sustained homeownership demand in Iskandar Puteri.

Riveria Garden's inaugural 40.5-hectare Phase 1, set for launch in 2026, will feature 1,074 landed residences aimed at owner-occupiers.

This includes the Aluna series with 530 contemporary double-storey terrace homes and the Elora series comprising 544 wide-frontage double-storey cluster homes.

The phase will also feature a riverfront landscaped park and a RM 20 million premium wellness clubhouse.

The initial phase incorporates a high-rise and retail component across the Riverhaus and Riverpoint precincts, offering 2,160 serviced apartments and 82 retail shops to provide comprehensive lifestyle amenities for residents.
